I just got done with my appointment with assistant Ahmad and Dr. Morello They were extremely helpful to me for assisting me with an unusual situation. I needed things shipped across country and navigational help when figuring out the best way to go about that and they made the process extremely easy for me. The assistant Ahmad, who seemed extremely educated and will soon be furthering his education at UCLA created a extremely comforting environment backed by intuitive advice during my visit. In addition to that the front desk ladies, Lina, and Shoba We’re able to help me after my appointment to ensure my responsibilities and expectations. Moving forward after my unusual situation, overall great vibes.

I like this office so much, my sister did a crown with Dr Sheblak and it was smooth, no pain at all. Diana did the tempotary crown so perfect , and Ahmad did the Scan smoothly and quickly. And the front desk ladies were awsome and welcoming. Thanks Soba and Star. We are excited to get the final crown. ♡

Everything about this visit, from the initial call to schedule, to leaving the office after my appointment, was great. While other Dental offices were scheduling months out, Pro Smiles got me in right away. The receptionist was friendly, the dental assistant took a detailed history, the doctor was very thorough and explained everything in a way that I understood, offering different options that would work for me. She even carefully looked at my dental benefit and found the most cost effective treatment plan with the least amount of out of pocket, saving me hundreds of dollars. The entire team went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations. I probably drove past 20 or more Dental offices to get there, but it was WELL worth it, and I very highly recommend Pro Smiles! The only downside was that the staff talk to each other, in front of patients, in non- English language, which I found to be odd and somewhat disconcerting. I heard every one of them speak English, so I know they can, but while they were 'in my mouth', they spoke a different language. Why?? The more I thought about it, the more uncomfortable it felt. If it was just idle chitchat, they should speak the English language

I had a great experience at Pro Smiles Dental. The entire team was professional, caring, and welcoming. The dentist took the time to explain my treatment options clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I came in with significant pain and swelling, and they were able to help me quickly. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care. Thank you!

Best Experience I ever had at this Dental Office in Naperville, Il and So Happy to Find Some of the Nicest People on Earth!!! Thank you All for taking my fear away!!! Dr Morello, Ahmad, Diana, Shoba and Lina❤️!!! This is the first time I Loved going to the Dentist!!! The work on my cracked tooth was amazing and the 2nd Appt was just as great. Cleaning and treatment made my mouth feel so clean and I feel Human again! 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍 HEART STARS for BEAUTIFUL TEETH !!! MANY HUGS!!!
